What if there is a problem with my order?

If there is a problem with your order, please email monikathepetnanny@hotmail.com with the subject line "Problem with my order" and I will take care of the issue as best as I can. My only policy is to provide a quality experience and product.

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your non-customized product, you may return the item within 14 days of purchase to receive a full refund. Shipping cost will be provided by Monika The Pet Nanny. To process a return, please email monikathepetnanny@hotmail.com with the subject line "Return Item" and I will work processing eligible return as soon as possible.

Our customizable items cannot be returned. However, I want to ensure your complete satisfaction and will happily work with you towards a solution; please email monikathepetnanny@hotmail.com with the subject line "Customized Item Issue".

Damaged Products

Monikathepetnanny.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If an appropriate resolution can not be attained via the carrier, please email monikathepetnanny@hotmail.com with the subject line "Damaged Product" and attach an image of the damaged product and we can work on a viable solution.

Refunds

Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to be processed after your return is received. If there are any issues with delayed or missing refunds, please email monikathepetnanny@hotmail.com with the subject line "Refund Issue".
